Return Policy

We do allow returns and exchanges. However, the offer strictly applies for the first 7 days (including non-working days), from the day the customer receives their order.

To qualify for an exchange/return, the item(s) must be unworn and in its original condition as it was delivered. It should also be in its packaging and have no damages.

If the item(s) you ordered is not your size or does not fit to your satisfaction, an exchange can be processed subject to availability of the size requested. Should you wish to exchange the item for a different style, you will be required to pay the price difference, if necessary, before the order is dispatched.

Please allow time for the full process of your exchange/return to be successfully completed. This includes but is not limited to; requesting courier to collect from you and delivering to us, checking the item(s) is still in the original condition to be eligible and additional days for the courier to deliver your exchanged item(s). Should you only be returning the items for a refund then allow the additional days for the funds to be paid and reflect in your account.

Please be certain when requesting for your exchange, as we only allow the process to be done once per order/item.

Unfortunately, no refunds are allowed for SALE items. Should you wish to exchange your size for an item you bought on sale, you will be responsible for the delivery costs. We can arrange for the items to be collected and delivered back to you at a fee of R200 (R100 to and from).

Alternatively, you may use your own courier services.
